You may return any unused tires within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Tires must be in their original condition, with no signs of installation or use.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your tires.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for exchanges, unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

Once we receive your returned tires and inspect them, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.Refunds will be made through your payment method in its original form.
